We do a short and cozy introduction 15 minutes before the show begins, where we may train new birds, let green employees practice presenting, etc. We might cover a number of different things, such as how we train the birds so that they are ready to fly for you, how we find them if they fly away, what we feed them, etc. We recommend that you arrive early so you can join in for the introduction and get the most out of your visit.
