Payment options
Falkecenter Samsø ApS accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mobilepay Online, Visa Electron, ApplePay. The payment will be deducted from your account when the order for tickets goes through as stated in your order.
Reservation of amount
When using payment cards, debit as well as credit, a reservation is made for the amount being purchased. This amount is reserved until the webshop has processed your order. When the order is shipped, the money will be withdrawn from the account. The reservation time depends on the product/service.
Authorisation on debit cards
For debit cards, you will see that the money is reserved in your account and that your available amount will be shown as being less. If you or the webshop subsequently cancel your order, the webshop cannot withdraw the money, but the reservation will remain valid for a period of time. Please note that only your bank (or card issuer) will be able to cancel the reservation.
Authorisation on credit cards
The money will only be withdrawn from your account and appear in your overview when the webshop processes and withdraws payment for your order
All amounts on the website for admission to Falkecenter Samsø ApS are not eligible for VAT, which is why VAT is not added to the amount.

Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day return policy on items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
Your wish to cancel must be received no later than 14 days after delivery and must be received by us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.
Requests to use the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to info@falkecenter.dk. The message must clearly state your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Cancellation
If you are prevented from attending a showdue toyour ferry to Samsø being canceled, the ticket price will be refunded to you.
To get your ticket refunded due to the above, please write an email toinfo@falkecenter.dk with your name, phone number, Mobilepay number or account number, Ticket ID, Ticket type and settlement date. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the email.
Email must be sent3 days after cancellation.
Refunding a purchase
If you regret your purchase, you get your money back for a service fee of DKK 60 We will refund all payments received from you.
We will refund the amount no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Right of complaint and right of appeal
Right of complaint regarding our events. You can complain about our events by sending an email to info@falkecenter.dk or calling +45 50 88 93 80.
We recommend that you file complaints about our events as soon as possible.
When you purchase goods from us, the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies, but it does not directly apply to complaints about our events.
A complaint about a service can be submitted to Nævnenes Hus, Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the complaint portal for Nævnenes Hus.
The mediation team will try to resolve the dispute through mediation, and if they fail to find a solution, you can bring the complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board.
It is generally a prerequisite for a complaint that the product or service you want to complain about has cost a minimum of DKK 1110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must be at least DKK 720. The amount limits are subject to change. You must pay a fee to have the complaint processed.
