Shows
The introductions are an informal and cozy start to the show, where we may train new birds or employees who need to learn to speak. In the introduction we warm up the birds so they are ready to fly, and talk about how we find them if they fly away, what we feed them etc.
We recommend arriving with plenty of time to spare so you can join in for the introduction and get the most out of your visit.
The shows take about an hour, sometimes a little more. The audience sits on benches in our outdoor arena, so remember to dress according to the weather! If the weather is very bad, we move into our indoor flight hall.
The doors open 30 minutes before the show begins. Please note that the introduction starts 15 minutes BEFORE the show, so arrive early.
After the show, it is possible to hold one of the birds or book the Eagle rush for an additional fee. There will also be plenty of time for questions and dialog.
We never cancel shows due to the weather.
Rain and wind doesn't stop the birds, so remember warm and waterproof clothing.
If the weather gets too rough, we move into our indoor flight hall.
You are welcome to take as many pictures and videos as you want. For commercial use, please contact us for approval.
Remember to take all pictures without flash. When using tripods, special photo equipment and very long lenses, etc. please ask at arrival for guidance before setting it up on site.
If you are looking for birds of prey or owls as extras for photo, TV and film shoots, we have several birds that can participate. Contact us for more information.
You can book your own private tour where you will also get a behind-the-scenes, guided tour of the Falkecenter. It is also possible to try flying the birds of prey.

The Falkecenter offers wheelchair-friendly parking with accessible access to the exhibition, flight hall and outdoor arena.

Yes! At the Falkecenter, we provide an extra experience for the visually impaired and blind. We have trained an eagle, an owl and a falcon specially for this target group.
As an extra service for the visually impaired and blind, they can hold one of these specially trained birds on their hand free of charge. They will be able to feel the difference between the eagle, with its powerful talons and broad chest, and the tiny horned owl's more delicate features.
Our service for the visually impaired and blind is reserved for this target group.
REMEMBER to inform the staff upon arrival if you are bringing a blind/visually impaired participant.
It is always a good idea to book your ferries well in advance. We plan our programme carefully to fit the ferries' seasonal timetable.
We want to inform you that being on our premises and interacting with the birds of prey is under the individual's own responsibility. It is important to exercise caution and respect for both the natural environment and wildlife, especially when traveling in areas where birds of prey are present.
To ensure both your own safety and the well-being of the animals, we encourage you to follow guidelines and codes of conduct set out to protect nature and its inhabitants. This includes keeping a safe distance and avoiding disturbances that can negatively impact birds of prey and their habitats.
Eagle rush
Anyone can try holding an eagle or one of the other birds.
We always work on the birds' terms and with respect for them.
Anyone over the age of 12 can try flying our beautiful white-tailed eagles, and most visitors over the age of 5 will be able to fly our hawks and owls.
There is room for 4–6 people in an "Eagle's Soar" group, depending on the weather and the season.
Before and after each show you can try receiving the hawk, eagle or owl on your gloved hand. Booking is required, tickets for this activity must be purchased online.
It costs DKK 550 per person per bird.
If you want to fly more birds, it costs DKK 375 per subsequent bird - this cannot be purchased online, so please contact us on tel/text 50889380 and make an appointment.
